Residents witnessed substantial frozen pellets measuring up to seven centimeters in certain regions. Weather authorities verified that different parts across the state had been affected by significant hail.

At the same time, nearly one thousand energy customers in the southern state also experienced energy failures after the metropolitan area experienced its wettest day in over 500 days.
Rescue organizations handled over five hundred emergency reports across the region, primarily for building damage but also for collapsed vegetation and inundation.

The following day was expected to become the heaviest precipitation period, with ongoing severe weather risk expected across various areas of both states.
