Further Pictures from Epstein's Property Made Public by Democratic Party US Legislators

Development plans for the financier's secluded Caribbean island included in the released materials.

Also contained in this new photograph disclosure appears to be a development blueprint for Great St James island, situated in the Caribbean US territory.

The financier acquired a smaller island - the Little St James - back in the late 1990s, but later purchased the more expansive Great St James in the year 2016 for a sum of $22.5 million.

The released images indicate he had formulated ambitious plans to develop the substantial island by constructing living quarters, an open-air theater, an submerged workspace and a swimming pool.

You can see the plan is Pillsbury Sound, a marine passage in the US Virgin Islands, marked on the bottom right.

The site plan is marked up in notations in red and includes a key identifying various sections of the property.

In addition to this are what appear to be nine other construction diagrams and architectural plans, such as plans for marina coverings.

More materials made public as part of the current congressional disclosure.
